Booking requests
Submitting a request does not itself confirm availability or take payment. MK Tours will confirm the selected date, operating details, total GBP price and applicable cancellation terms before payment.
Supplier information
Tours may be operated by third-party experience suppliers. Customers must follow the confirmed meeting, pickup, safety and identification requirements for the selected experience.
Changes and cancellation
The cancellation terms shown on the tour and in the written confirmation apply. If operating details materially change before payment, the customer may choose not to proceed.
Payments
When payment is enabled, checkout will be hosted by the selected regulated payment provider. This website does not request customers to send full card numbers through forms, chat or email.
